The much anticipated Official Launch for the RFU AGP will be taking place on Saturday 1st September 2018. This will be a massive day for the Club and we want to make sure that the day runs smoothly.

We are in desperate need of volunteers to help make the AGP Launch and the following Cinema night a great day of events for the Club.

Festivities will start at around 11:30am and carry on until well after the end of the First XV game against Southend RFC, which kicks off at 3pm, as we also have the Cinema night later that evening.

We're looking for volunteers for the following areas:

- Marketing and Communications ~ We need to get the message out to the local
community; press, posters, flyers etc plus invitations for VIP's etc
- Waiters to help with the lunch.
- Club tidy-up. ~ Anyone who can spare time in the build-up to complete various clean up
jobs around the Club and during the day of the launch.
- Car Park stewards ~ We are expecting a big turn out and, subject to help might be
publishing a commemorative programme. We also need help directing traffic to the
right places to park
- Ball Boys/Girls ~ For some of the games
- Club Shop ~ The club shop will be open and we will need help with serving etc

I hope to hold a workshop at the club this Tuesday 7th August if anyone would like to help?
