Eton Manor RFC welcome North Walsham RFC to Nutter Lane this Saturday 24 October in Round 5 of London & SE Division, Regional 1 SE league fixture. Both clubs have made excellent starts in their league campaigns, North Walsham currently sitting on top of the pile with 4/4. Eton Manor and North Walsham have a long history of competitive fixtures, it will be good to renew our old acquaintances. There will also be a Honours Cap awarded to a former player at the pre match lunch, please come along to find out who.

Eton Manor 1XV go into the game on the back of a thrilling away win at Westcliff RFC last week where we finished with just 11 players on the pitch after 4 yellow cards were (rightly) given from 70 mins onwards. It didn't affect the game too much as Manor still managed to score the last try of the game; a 95m dash from centre Louis Northcott, bringing his try tally to 10 in just 4 appearances. Openside flanker Jack Edwards received the Man of the Match award.

Our second string 28s put league favourites Epping Upper Clapton 1XV away at Nutter Lane last week in another thrilling fixture winning 32-27. Number 8 Billy Morris received the Man of The Match award.

Eton Manors Development XV travel to East Essex to face top of the table Rochford 2XV in Essex Counties Division 3 fixture. Last week they made easy work of Runwell Wyvern 1XV, scoring 11 tries in a 82-5 hammering at Nutter Lane. Joe Bowden helped himself to 4 tries and U17s player Z. Kazmi (number 8) was awarded the Man of the Match award.
