Eton Manor RFC welcome Norfolk club Wymondham RFC to Nutter Lane this Saturday for fixture number 11, the half way point in our London & SE Division Regional 2 - Anglia league campaign.

Wymondham RFC have had an excellent season to date and are currently in 4th spot in the table with 7 Wins and just 3 losses. Eton Manor 1XV have won their last four fixtures, the last a hard fought win against Chelmsford, together with the current leaders Brentwood RFC losing to HAC RFC meant Eton Manor take back the top spot in the league table. Its fair to say that this years league is far tougher than last seasons and Manors Head Coaches Liston & Sargent will be looking to push the boys harder this week in their prep for this 1st v 4th League encounter.

Eton Manors second string 1928s are also at home this week as they welcome Nat two club Old Albanians 2XV to Nutter Lane. Last Saturday our 1928s put in a huge shift to contest & score 29 points against Nat One club Bishops Stortford 2XV, who had several 1XV players in their line up. This weeks fixture will be just as hard with Old Albanians 2XV currently in 2nd place in the Herts Counties 1 league table.

Eton Manors engine room team, our Development XV had yet another solid win last Saturday against East London 2XV. Despite East London 2XV only allowing the fixture to go ahead with uncontested scrums, Manors combined older and new generation players still managed to convincingly win 7-29 and take this seasons Wins to 7/7 and remain top of the Essex Merit Division 2 table. This week they are back on the road to Essex based Runwell Wyverns RFC.
