Introducing Parking Management at Eton Manor RFC
Helping us manage demand, protect our facilities and ensure parking remains available for those who need it most.
Eton Manor RFC will shortly be introducing a new parking management system at the club car park.
As the club continues to grow and welcomes increasing numbers of players, volunteers, members, visitors and hirers, demand for parking has risen significantly. The new system is being introduced as an estate management and capacity management measure to help ensure that parking remains available for those attending club and community activities.
Why Are We Introducing Parking Management?
The club car park is a shared facility serving a wide range of users throughout the week. At peak times, high demand can lead to congestion and reduce the availability of spaces for members, volunteers, visitors and other authorised users.
The new system will help us:
Manage parking capacity effectively.
Improve access for club members and visitors.
Discourage non-authorised use of the car park.
Support the safe and efficient operation of the club.
Ensure the long-term sustainability of our facilities.
What Does This Mean for Members?
Club members will continue to be able to park at Eton Manor RFC free of charge.
To receive free parking, members will need to register their vehicle details on the club's parking whitelist. Registration details and instructions will be communicated separately.
There will also be opportunities for members to register their vehicles at the club during opening hours if they have not already done so.
What About Visitors?
Visitors attending the club during opening hours will have the opportunity to register their vehicle for the duration of their visit. Registration facilities will be available on site, ensuring that legitimate visitors can continue to use the club car park when visiting Eton Manor RFC.
Further information on visitor registration arrangements will be provided before the system goes live.
Supporting the Future of the Club
The introduction of parking management is intended to improve the experience for everyone who uses Eton Manor RFC and help ensure our facilities remain accessible, well managed and available for rugby and community use.
We appreciate the support and cooperation of all members as these arrangements are introduced and will provide further information, including registration details and implementation dates, shortly.
If you have any questions, please contact the club info@etonmanor.netand a member of the team will be happy to help.
