Though the score indicates a comfortable win to Eton Manor, Brentwood RFC made the boys work hard for the win. Angela Sims, our local correspondent for the match said " It was a tougher match than the scores suggest!. The first try was scored by Brian on the wing (No.14) after a well worked move by the team. 10 min later, after another team effort a converted try was scored by Joel( No.12). After the halftime break , a flowing move between Oscar ( No.13); Nye (No.5); Ross ( No3) ended in Teddy scoring a converted try. Shortly after the kick-off, Will (No.11) scored a trade mark long range converted try . The last converted try came in the final minutes of the match as George (No.6) went on a strong run up the middle before passing to Brad (No.9) who crossed over the line.
Thank-you to Angela Sims for the scores and feedback.
