Cheshunt 5 Eton Manor U12 55

the U12s went too a damp and muddy Cheshunt on Sunday and carried on where they left off against Finchley , to a man our lads were superb and totally outclassed Cheshunt 5- 55 and in the second game put 60 points to nil on Wanstead who were much bigger than our boys . What was most pleasing was we are now hitting space and moving the ball in a way far advanced of anything we have done before which can only improve as the season moves on . Thanks to Max who started as No 8 but stood in as one half as hooker due to injury , well done Joseph who took his first try of the season very well after excellent approach work hopefully the first of many this season .
It really would be unfair to pick out individuals in such a great performance , so well done team , well done mums , dads , nans and grandads for all the support , we have a number of players missing for the thurrock festival this week but what is also good about the side at the moment is we have strength in depth and a strong team ethic where everyone can come in and do great job so hopefully we can retain the winners trophy this weekend we won last year .
