Start of a new season

Manor got the new season off to a flyer against Braintree. the pack started the match fired up and took the game to Braintree. the boys should have been 4 tries up at half time due to their superior pack and slick handling from the backs. however our backs lacked a cutting edge out wide and failed to convert any of their opportunities. Finn eventually went on a solo run beating a number of Tree players before dotting the ball down. Manor lost the momentum in the second half and allowed Tree back into the game, their standout player crossed the line twice and also converted each of his scores. Manor stepped their game and managed to get one try back at the end of the game.
