Christmas Match

Manor hosted a depleted Brentwood side in the last game of the year. Manor were still missing a number of key players including both the Captain Tom G and vice captain Max B. another noticeable absence was Eoin, who was still really ill in hospital. We wish him the best!
the game gave another chance to give the two new boys Javi and Jordan a good runout. Javi ended up scoring his first try for the Manor, plenty more to come from him I think! Jordan did a really good impression of Terrell, with some bullocking runs. Hayden was the first player to cross the line for the Manor, with a 2 yard flop over the line, which by the end of the game had turned into a 5o meter sprint from the halfway line, with a couple of sidesteps and a chip of the full back thrown in!!!! Joking aside this was a really well deserved try for a boy who works so hard week in week out. further tries came from another rampaging forward Luca, who managed to score two before he had to rush off to the theatre!!!!! and the man with Gas, Finn C bagged two more.
this rounded off a really good run out before christmas for the boys, hopefully we have a few less injuries and illnesses in 2016, so we can put out a consistent team capable of getting to the top of their league.
Man of the Match was Jamie, mainly because he had the best Christmas Jumper!!
