Step 1
Register for England Rugby Learning
On a mobile browser or desktop initially head to https://englandrugbylearning.csod.com and login with your GMS account.
Please ensure you use your GMS Account and no other. If you need further guidance, you can see a step-by-step guide here.

Please note, access to the full learning offer may take a few minutes to become available after you have completed your registration.

For first-time users, enrolment onto learning relevant to your selected role(s) can take up to three hours to complete as part of the initial account setup process.
Once this setup is complete, your learning pathways, Active Badges and role-specific training will be available within England Rugby Learning.

Step 2
Download the England Rugby Learning App.
Download the England Rugby Learning app in the App Store. Once installed, log in using your registration details and start accessing your learning. 

Step 3
Setup your personal Profile
You can set your learning preferences using the guide shown in this online video

Step 4
Complete Mandatory Courses
If you are a Coach, Team Admin/Manager or First Aider then complete the following mandatory courses:
• Introduction to Safeguarding (I2S)
• Headcase Concussion (HC)

ERL has x3 HC courses to choose from, please ensure that you select the course that is titled: "Headcase Concussion Awareness Training: Coaches and Teachers of Age Grade Players". If this course is not selected and one of the others is completed, it will not count towards your achievement of obtaining the ’minimum standard’ rating that has been introduced by the RFU.
