1. Eton Manor Membership 2025/26


Membership options for the 2025/26 season are now available through your GMS Account.

REMINDERS!

  • Remember YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES ON 31ST AUGUST!
  • If a player, don’t forget to re-register at the same time.
  • Memberships are only available online.
  • Parents do not automatically get a membership.

EXISTING AND NEW PLAYERS

STEP ONE – IF A PLAYER, OR YOUR CHILD IS A PLAYER, YOU MUST REGISTER / REREGISTER AT OUR CLUB

Every season, all players are required to be registered to play on the RFU system called GMS. Existing players should 'renew' their registration with the club. New players should submit a new registration request with the club.

STEP TWO – EVERYONE – BUY THE RIGHT MEMBERSHIP

Memberships are purchased via the RFU GMS system where you have to login using your email and password and complete your purchase.

New child players – can have a free two-week taster before membership becomes due. Membership is due after 2 weeks if your child would like to continue to train and play at Eton Manor.

QUERIES AND HARDSHIP CASES

Our club ethos is to provide rugby for all. We are a grassroots community club and wish to encourage as many people as possible to enjoy and participate in our sport. We must balance this with our need to receive fair membership payments to cover our costs, especially during a time when costs are rising. If you can afford to pay your full membership (please remember you can set up a direct debit) then this will help us to ensure we can continue to offer quality rugby and facilities.

Genuine hardship cases, please contact membership@etonmanor.net or secretary@etonmanor.net so we can find a solution for you. If you have any other queries please contact us, but please bear with us as with close to a 1000 members it will take some time to get back to everyone!

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

EXISITING MEMBERSHIP CARDS – Will automatically be re-activated 7-10 days from when you purchase your membership (quicker if we can).

NEW MEMBER? Membership cards are automatically issued for new adult members ONLY. Membership cards will be issued 7-10 days from purchase date.

FAQs

Q - What is GMS?

A - this is the RFU’s player registration/affiliation system we are obliged to use. You can find out more about GMS here https://www.englandrugby.com/gms

Q - Why do I have to access GMS and update my own details?

A - The RFU have made the decision that everyone must update their own details due to data protection and to ensure they take ownership to ensure their details are correct so that they are able to train and play and receive communications

Q - Why do my details need to be included if only my child plays?

A - All minors under 18 must have an associated parent or guardian and you should input your mobile phone and email address as the contact details for your child. These details must be updated every year and the child player only should be ‘registered’ every year.

For GMS & Teamo - please ensure you do not input a mobile phone number for anyone under 18 or an email address or a photo for anyone under 14.

Q - I don’t know my login / I need to reset my password

A - please refer to the https://help.rfu.com/. You can resent your password yourself here https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Account/Login. Please try to use these online guides to help you as we may not be able to help everyone immediately. If you email membership@aylesburyrfc.co.uk we can confirm your login username but not your password.

Q - Lost your card?

A - Email membership@etonmanor.net to advise you need a replacement card. A new card will be left behind the bar for you 7-10 days from receipt of the email
